Muscle Mayhem focuses on Cristian Torrent and four of his boys - Jason Torres, Manuel Roko, Pedro, and new boy on the block Toby McCoy. Cristian and Jason have a hot confrontation in a posh country home. There is an oil up and jerk off solo by Cristian himself, followed by a poolside threeway with Toby and hot muscle beef Pedro.
