Island Fever is a multiracial tropical adventure filmed on a real island in Brazil, with ten of the hottest Brazilian models. As Braulio stands on the bow of the boat that is taking him from the idyllic life he knew on the islands off the coast of Brazil to new adventures in Rio de Janeiro, he thinks about the men he is leaving behind.
