The main draw in First Time 4 is youth, youth and then some more youth. Add to the fact that the youths are Russian and this will be a birthday party that won't soon be forgotten. Victor personally thanks each of his guests for attending by blowing on their fiery candles, and we get to see some of his guests playing with each other's packages as well. The sex is good and the untouched boys (i.e. uncut, unshaven) are attractive and make the dvd work well.
