Rex Chandler shows a soft spot for down on his luck Tony Minetti in Heat In The Night and gives him a place to stay. While Chandler is running some errands, hitchhiker Brad Mitchell catches his eye, leading to a blow job in the park and them both getting busted. Sent to a detention facility, they find the place is jumping as Rex is bunked in a dorm with four other horny guys.
